Information and Policies
Hotel taxes are currently 15% and are in addition to listed rates. Rates and taxes apply for single or double occupancy of each room or suite and are subject to change without notice.
There is a two night minimum required for all weekends and a three or four night minimum for some Holidays.
Major credit card or advance payment is required for the total of first night's charges to secure reservation. Seven days cancellation notice is required otherwise first nights deposit is forfeited.
There is a $35 charge for each additional guest 12 years of age and over for those rooms that can accommodate them.
The Inn does not offer parking and our street does have "Residential Parking Only" and is restricted to 2 hours during the day Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm), but a public parking garage is nearby at Valencia and 21st Streets in the Bartlett/Mission Garage.
Check-in time: 1:00 pm (Luggage storage space available on request) Check-in before 1:00 pm and after 5:00 pm MUST be arranged in advance with the Inn.
Check-out time: 11:00 am (Luggage storage space available on request).
Pets are subject to an additional fee of $75 and must be arranged in advance with the Inn.
Children under 12 years of age are welcome if mutually agreed in advance.
Smoking is permitted in the gardens only where ashtrays are provided. Use care.
Noe's Nest Bed and Breakfast Inn has several flights of stairs, and no elevator, so lighter luggage is recommended. The Inn was built in 1891 and therefore is not handicapped accessible at this time.
