Head over to 19th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard for Stern Grove. Enjoy a picnic while listening to incredible live outdoor concerts amidst the tranquility of the trees on summer Sunday afternoons. Many well-known musicians perform here and every week the concert is free.

San Francisco Free Folk Festival
This annual event is free and offers a variety of dance and music shows, as well as workshops. Guitar, ukulele, waltz, Irish step, and Argentine tango are just a few of the genres you will hear and dance to. In addition, there will be crafts and vendors.

San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival
Held in Golden Gate Park, the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival is a one-of-a-kind music festival with food, wine, beer, and of course weekend-long live musical performances.

Nihonmachi Street Fair 
The Nihonmachi Street Fair is held in SF’s Japantown district each year. It’s one of the weekend-long San Francisco events in August that celebrates Asian Pacific American cultures. Art Walk SF
The Art Walk SF celebrates the art, music, food, and small businesses of San Francisco’s neighborhoods with art walks in a different SF neighborhood each month. This event is family-friendly and free.

Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival
Taste unique and flavorful chocolate desserts from Ghirardelli and other chocolatiers at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival.

Oktoberfest by the BayCelebrate Munich’s famous festival with the Oktoberfest by the Bay. Grab your lederhosen and head out for a weekend of music, singing, dancing, and delicious German food, and of course beer!

California Vegetarian Food Festival & Symposium 
This year’s festival will be held at the Palace of Fine Arts and features 100% vegan and green products. Dreamforce
Dreamforce will take place at the Moscone Center from September 12–15, 2023. It is the largest global software conference held annually that brings together the global Salesforce community for learning, connection, fun, and giving back.
